Who are Galliford Try?

Galliford Try Infrastructure is one of the leading players in the Highways Sector. Delivering award-winning work on major arterial routes across the UK. One of National Highways’ leading partners as part of the Regional Delivery Partnership, as well collaborating on major schemes with local authorities across the country through major frameworks such as the Midlands Highways Alliance.  In Scotland, they delivered the two largest infrastructure projects in the country for over 30 years.

What is Galliford Try doing on Sizewell C?

Galliford Try Infrastructure has been awarded the Offsite Infrastructure Programme!  The Offsite Infrastructure Programme (OSI) is one of the core programmes of the Sizewell C Project and the first to commence construction. Part of the OSI programme are the Major Roads projects, which comprise of:

  • 6.8km Sizewell Link Road: A new dual carriageway link road connecting to A12 in the west and joining B1122 just north of the proposed main plaza roundabout.
  • Two Village Bypass: A new dual carriageway road bypassing the villages of Farnham and Stratford St Andrew.
  • The two roads are permanent works, upon completion, and will be adopted into the Highway network by Suffolk County Council
